Twilight Walk for Women’s Health returns on Friday 6 May 2022. After last year’s virtual event our Twilight Walk is back in person and brighter than ever, with this year’s glittery theme! We want you to dig out your sparkly leg warmers and dazzle us with glittery garments to show your support for women’s health projects at University Hospitals Dorset.
Thousands of women across Dorset are living with serious breast or gynaecological health concerns. It could be your mum, daughter, sister, or grandmother. It could be your wife, partner, best-friend, or colleague. Whoever they are, every one of our women’s health patients rely on the care provided at our hospitals and we need your help to fund vital projects.
We are once again asking Dorset to walk together to change the lives of thousands of local women. This year’s 5km route will take participants around Baiter recreation ground located in the stunning Harbourside Park. As you set off from 7pm you’ll be able to take in the sights of Poole’s famous harbour whilst making your way along the fully accessible route. This family-friendly event is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Tickets are priced at £15 for adults and £8 for children (under 5s go free) – adults will receive their very own Twilight Walk t-shirt!
