In my course you will….
Learn about the science of birth 🤍
Come away with a toolkit of things to use in birth, which includes knowledge of pain relief, induction, assistance and c-sections ✨
Know you have choices, at every stage, and feel full of the knowledge to make those decisions or to ask all the questions so you can make them in the moment 🤍
And, you will learn about your baby, how to adapt with them, for them, alongside them, so that your journey from pregnant, to birth, to parenthood, is yours – no one elses!
I am really looking forward to meeting more local parents and in turn, you meeting each other, whilst I have the chance to positively prepare you for your journey to birth, whatever that looks like ✨
Classes are limited to 3-4 couples to ensure you have a personal, fully informed and tailored session with me 🤍
